FORMATION
This approach is based on the concept of "problem learning," which includes two stages:

1) formulation and assimilation of a pro-problem situation;

2) search for the unknown in a pro-problem situation: request for in-formation, consultations
Classes are the place and time of group work on the project and control measures should be held in the form of public defenses before a commission or jury from the professionalsional community. The choice of hours is in favor of practical training and self-supporting work under the supervision of the curator. Solving problems from business is also competitive in nature, which creates additional internal motivation and conditions for the application of super-strength. Features of the tasks to be solved during training the task is not formulated by the moderator, even if the teacher has experience in practical activity.
TASKS
The task must be set by an external customer, namely:
- managers and/or employees of companies

- top managers, head the divisions of companies

- entrepreneurs, including beginners

Industries and business areas: FMCG, IT, telecommunications, retail, finance, medicine, beauty industry, education, tourism, light industry, non-availability, advertising/marketing/pr catering, art, entertainment and other jobs, and services.
ABOUT
The main feature that unites all the briefings is their international character.
Brands should have experience or ambitions to enter the local markets. Thus, the task can attract students from diffrient countries. They are able to master the methodology of development or localization of global brands, starting from the living conditions and consumption of their country.
Key pathes of training and development of competencies:

1. Mastering the research and analysis of the information methods necessary for the implementation of the project: about business, about the product, about the market with all competitors, about consumers and buyers, about trends, design innovations in this market and in related areas.

2. Mastering the tools of design, development and testing of new design businesses, product design, packaging, interfaces and re-cloud campaigns.

3. Mastering the skills of project work in a team of diffrient specialists, both an ordinary participant and a project manage.

4. Mastering the skills of business communications: both with the contractor and the contractor/executors of the project.
